This is HTC’s first ever and highly appealing venture in the tablet marketplace. The Flyer Tablet courtesy of HTC is a 16GB, 7-inch, Wi-Fi only Android Tablet sporting HTC Sense UI and powered by Android 2.3. This tablet will land on Sprint as the HTC Evo View 4G has already hit the shelves on Best Buy wearing a $500 price tag. As mentioned before the remarkable stylus will not be included in the bundle and that alone for $80 might put off a lot of customers intrigued by this technological beauty. Hence it is advisable to wait until the carrier subsidized 3G or 4G version ships.

Giving it a run again for its features, the Flyer has a 7-inch capacitive touch screen in 1024×700 resolution and runs on a single-core 1.5GHz processor. Its backside is designed in a smoothly gentle curve with a 5-megapixel camera without flash but otherwise Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MicroSD card, Android Market and GPS support exists. There is only Wi-Fi OR only 3G versions available yet. Although it has shortcomings from even the Identity tab which is stocked at $200+ it will still sell more than the latter due to its marvelous shape and speedy functionality.
